I had the funniest conversation with Paige today while waiting to get her hair cut.
Paige: "Mom, when I have a boyfriend and I don't like his hair, I am going to make him cut it."
Me: "You can't force someone to cut thier hair honey."
Paige: "I will tell him I will pay for it."
Me: "What if he doesn't want to cut it?"
Paige: "Then he can't be my boyfriend."
HEAVEN HELP THE BOY WHO FALLS IN LOVE WITH HER.

Paige: "Mom, when can I have a boyfriend?"

Me: "When you are 16."
Paige: "What if I fall in love with a boy before I am 16?"
Me: "Love him from a far because he will not be your boyfriend before your 16."
Paige: "Mom, when can I color my hair?"
Me: "When you get a job and pay for it yourself?" "Maybe one day you could babysit to earn money."
Paige: "Mom, when are you going to buy a horse?"
Me: "Never."
Paige: "Well, when I get money from babysitting I will color my hair and buy a horse."
Me: "Okay honey you do that."
